- Hops => treatment of agitation and anxiety + beneficial action on pre-menstrual syndromes
- Lemon balm => calms nervous and digestive disorders
- Chamomile => natural anxiolytic
- Chasteberry => light sedative thanks to its soothing virtues on whole and ovarian pain
- Hawthorn => mild nervous sedative that has no impact on tone
- Beer yeast => improves digestive comfort
- Magnesium oxide => improvement of the mind of anxious horses and reduction of stress thanks to its action on the nervous system

Mix daily in the ration.
- Adult horse: 20 to 40g/day
- Foal under 18 months and pony: 10 to 20g/day
