Local application by hand on the area to be treated.
Daily use or after intense effort:- Apply a 1cm layer of clay to the area to be treated
- Let dry
- Rinse with water the next day
During trauma, to obtain an antiphlogistic and healing effect:
- Apply the clay as a poultice
- Cover with plastic wrap and bandage
- Rinse with water and renew every day
