Hippercorne by ESC Laboratoire is a regenerative solution for hooves in poor condition. The complex formula (based on vegetable oils, cod liver oil, oleoresin, honey, lanolin and an antiseptic agent) of Hippercorne makes it a deep treatment for the horn:
Oleoresin: an oleoresin is a natural secretion formed from an essence and the resin resulting from the oxidation of this essence. Therebentine essential oil, obtained from the distillation of coniferous resin, is particularly recognized for its antiseptic properties.
Lanolin: Lanolin, obtained from wool fat extracted from sheep wool washing water, is naturally very rich in fat and will deeply nourish even very damaged horn. It will also deposit a waterproof film which will protect the hoof from external attacks.
Cod liver oil: Cod liver oil is well known for its content of essential fatty acids (omega 3 and 6) but it is its richness in Vitamin A that interests us because it makes it an exceptional ingredient for skin cell renewal
What to combine the Hippercorne care product with?
If the frog is in poor condition, an anti-bacterial treatment lotion can be applied before Hippercorne. Bedsore based on Peruvian balsam, cleans and restores damaged frogs and helps prevent the risk of hoof infection. Peru balsam is a thick brown resin from a tree native to Central America.
