Glucomix by ESC Laboratoire is a mixture of dehydrated plants intended for horses that are overweight or have a dysregulation of the metabolic system. The complete Glucomix formula combines 8 dehydrated plants which facilitate weight loss, contribute to the drainage of the body and contribute to the balance of the metabolic system:
Marine algae: source of numerous vitamins, minerals and trace elements. They are traditionally used during fatigue, difficult moulting and in elderly horses.
Milk thistle: recommended for its benefits on the liver of horses, it has hepato-protective properties thanks to its richness in silymarin.
Rosehip: exceptional source of vitamin C, rosehip has antioxidant properties. It is also appreciated to support the immune system.
Fenugreek: it helps support the immune system and has anti-diarrheal properties.
Dandelion: known to contribute to the proper functioning of the horse's kidneys. This plant also has a depurative action thanks to the support of hepato-biliary function.
Burdock: its components have a draining action on the body.
Blueberry leaf: blueberry is rich in anti-oxidants and helps protect the eyes.
Spirulina: marine algae very rich in proteins (min 65%) and antioxidants. This algae is recommended for athletic horses, during fatigue and for old horses.
Glucomix is a treatment product recommended for horses affected by Equine Metabolic Syndrome (EMS) or at risk of laminitis due to being overweight.

Composition: mixture of cut plants (SEA ALGAE – MILK THISTLE – ROSE ROSE – FENUGREEK – DANDELION – BURDOCK – BLUEBERRY LEAF – SPIRULINA).
Analytical constituents: crude protein 16.2%, crude fat 6.7%, crude fiber 15.4%, crude ash 11.7%, humidity 9.6%, sodium 0.38%.Directions for use: dose to add to the basic ration of an adult horse (550kg): 50 g per day for at least 3 weeks. If possible, distribute in 2 daily doses. To be renewed if necessary.
Adapt the dose to the weight and needs of the horse. 2 to 3 weeks may be necessary for the plants to be properly assimilated by the body. The dose can be reduced after 3 weeks of supplementation if the horse's progress allows it. If possible and in the event of a prolonged treatment, a break of 10 to 15 days every 3 months is recommended. Do not hesitate to seek the advice of your veterinarian before use or extension.
Precautions for use: not recommended for pregnant or lactating mares or foals. To be distributed as part of a controlled diet and sufficient exercise. Formulated for equines. Close tightly after use. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
