Fortimix by ESC Laboratoire is a blend of 9 plants selected for their fortifying properties which contribute to strengthening the equine body: SEA ALGAE – BURDOCK – MILK THISTLE – CHICORY – ROSE ROSE – ECHINACEA – CRAWLET – GINKGO BILOBA – NETTLE. The formula was developed under veterinary supervision. This combination makes Fortimix a natural supplement suitable for the body of sport and leisure horses thanks to the properties of plants with complementary virtues acting in synergy and in particular: Echinacea: this plant is known to support the body's immune defenses, particularly during cold snaps or in periods of risk. Marine Algae (Fucus Vesiculosus): Fucus is a marine algae that is a source of numerous vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It is traditionally used during fatigue, difficult moulting and in elderly horses. Rosehip: rosehip, which is the fruit of the rosehip, has the particularity of being extremely rich in vitamin C. It is useful in cases of fatigue or convalescence. Fortimix contributes to supporting the immune system, participating in the drainage of the body and strengthening the intestinal flora. What to combine the Fortimix care product with? For a vitamin and omega 3/6 supplement, Fortimix can be supplemented with a course of Linseed Oil. This oil, a source of vitamins A, D and E and essential fatty acids, promotes the recovery of convalescent, elderly or anemic horses and helps restore shine to dull hair and manes. Propolis can be combined with Fortimix to support immune defenses. Made by bees from plant resins, this substance has purifying properties in the event of a cold. Probiotics are also excellent allies for supporting immunity, especially in cases of fatigue. The Active Yeast + formula is rich in brewer's yeast and active yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
