Tendons and ligaments are an alliance of delicate fibers subjected to strong stresses. Their essential characteristics are resistance and elasticity, provided by type 1 collagen. Appropriate support is necessary during the different phases (work period or during the recovery phase after a tendon incident).

Additional nutritional intake adapted to the needs of horses' tendons and ligaments.
Daily intake:
- Support dose: 1 measure once a day during competition periods, during periods of intensive activity or for 1 to 2 months before a deadline. The dose can be doubled on the advice of your veterinarian.
- Maintenance dose: 1 half measure, outside of intensive periods. 1 scoop = 30g.
For a pony, divide the doses by two: support ½ measure, maintenance ¼ measure.

Ekyflex Tendon EVO is used to strengthen tendons and ligaments during work or to support the recovery phase after a tendon incident. This nutritional support is recommended if the horse is in one of the following situations:
• During work: if the horse has already shown signs of weakness (heat, congestion, etc.) or has a history of tendon problems or is in a period of intensive training.
• During the recovery phase: after a tendon incident diagnosed by a veterinarian.
