What is this ?
Bentonite Clay, Sodium Chloride and Calcium Carbonate.
Bentonite clay is a natural compound of 3 complementary clays: montmorillonite, illite and kaolinite.
The presence in our “food clay +” of calcium and sodium allows optimal functioning of bacterial fermentation.
Why and how does this care product work?
Helps relieve ulcers:
By protecting the walls of the digestive tract (stomach and intestine).
Ulcers can be linked to acidity present in the digestive tract. Clay has a pH that tends to be basic (8.2), so it helps to regulate the pH in the horse's digestive tract and thus limit aggression on the walls of the stomach and intestines.
Therefore reduces your horse's nervousness thanks to the relief.
Reduces the acidity of the digestive system thanks to its basic PH (8.2)
Reduces toxins present in digestion:
As a magnet effect, toxins that have positive charges are captured by clay molecules with a negative charge.
Its sheet-shaped molecular structure allows it to lock in toxins.
Protects the digestive mucous membranes against various aggressive factors and prevents toxins from crossing the digestive wall to enter the blood circulation.
Through its protective effect on the walls and its ability to capture toxins, it therefore reduces the assimilation of toxins.
Strengthens the skeleton for good growth thanks to its high content of minerals and trace elements.
It increases the assimilability of the ration thanks to the improvement of the digestive system.
Helps relieve discomfort related to digestion
